Accepted methods of payment for orders are: by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express), via the PayPal system. You can order and pay online, for immediate purchase of seminar tickets.

Shipping:

Goods purchased directly from Sunshine Coast Karate by members, will be made available for pickup from the dojo, unless explicitly stated on the purchase page. For non-members, goods will be shipped via Australia Post (regular mail) and will not have a shipping fee attached unless explicitly stated. Our partner businesses who also offer goods and services through our website may have different shipping policies, please refer to their specific terms and conditions as required.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee (excluding shipping and handling charges) for all goods shipped directly from Sunshine Coast Karate. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return merchandise within 30 days for prompt refund. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. Our partner businesses who also offer goods and services through our website may have different returns and refund policies, please refer to their specific terms and conditions as required.
