Leadership Team

At Sunshine Coast Karate we have our instructors have selected an invited a number of members at various ages and levels of abilities to join the leadership team. All members of the learship team are working their way the the national leadership levels which preceed the international instructor qualifications.

In Chito-Ryu the first international instructor level is Jun-Shidoin (Assistant Instructor), this level may be attained a minimum of 12 months after attaining black belt. Sunshine Coast Karate's leadership team are developing as the next generation of instructors by assisting instructors, as role models, leaders and trainee instructors during regular classes. In addition, leaders attend special leadership training to develop practical skills and understand the theory that is required to be a great instructor. All the while developing a deeper understanding of his basics of Chito-Ryu Karate-do.
